"The staff did their best to be friendly and accommodating from the valet parking to the restaurant to the checkout. We were very pleased with the services. Did not use the air conditioning but we did use the heat and found it to be perfect. Only slight drawback was when using a shower and opening the shower door water ran out and puddled near the toilet so there was a reverse slope it should slope the other way. Overall an excellent stay will definitely consider utilizing this facility for...

"So nice and right in the middle of Jeweler's Row. Easy to get into, loved not having to go through the check in process. Room was absolutely wild. HUGE. Giant fancy bathroom. Beautiful kitchen, massive windows to look out at the city, comfy bed, and even had laundry if you need it. Would absolutely stay again."

We especially appreciated having a full kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer, which made traveling with kids so much more convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"
