"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "Great hotel, clean, great service and great breakfast. On the quieter side of town, 5/10 minute walk into Deansgate, Station and multiple bus routes from hotel. Hotel has an Italian restaurant and food was good. There are local bars and restarts I. The near vicinity. Would recommend "

"The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed. Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment. Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances. Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest. Would defo stay again! "
