The location is great. The apartment other story, was dirty. The walls, the sofabed, the bathroom disgusting. The bedsheets smelled dirty, mold in the bathroom. I took pictures of everything. They changed my reservation from two bedrooms to two one bedroom one week b/4 the trip. Arbitrary, with no choice but to cancel if I didn't like it. Travelocity didn't help me to get my original reservation. I have no choice but to accept their awful apartments. Noisy! The dog across barked all night, all day. Terrible place to stay. The people in the reception was great though. Specially Jose.

Great location, clean apartment, but room for a lots of improvement

Overall this place was fine but there were quite a few issues. First, I messaged the host on the VRBO app a few days before arriving to let her know I’d be arriving very early in the morning and she never even replied. When I got there, I had to call her on the front desk guy’s phone to tell her I was there and the first thing she told me was that I still needed to pay (I already paid everything upfront in VRBO app..) When I told her that, she still said I did not. I had to message her AGAIN for her to finally confirm that I paid and she never once even said ‘thank you.’ She was rude, ungrateful and awful at communicating. Besides that, the place only had 1 roll of toilet paper for a WEEK. They didn’t even have basics for cooking and eating. There was a salt and pepper shaker...that were EMPTY...lol. We had to go buy this stuff. Overall 3 stars is accurate. Great location and a clean, simple apartment but the communication was horrible and it was laughable that they didn’t provide basics like salt and pepper and only 1 roll of toilet paper. The host needs to learn basic customer service.

ATENCION!!! CUIDADO!! No cumplen con las promesas de la pagina, no cuentan con estacionamiento (tuve que contratar uno aparte aunque decia que era gratis)limpieza diaria, ni es un hotel... Al hablar con el administrador ya para que me ayudara con la limpieza (papel de baño, toallas, jabon) me comentó que no cuentan con ese servicio y que me quejara directo en Hoteles.com, el guardia del establecimiento me comenta que otros huespedes de este lugar tienen las mismas quejas o más que yo

Fint men ostädat och med vilseledande bilder

Bilderna som visas i kollaget för detta hotell är mycket vilseledande då de helt enkelt inte är bilder på hotellet utan byggnader några kvarter bort. När jag ankom var det inte ok städat. Hårstrån och fläckar i sängen, hela lägenheten stank av cigarettrök, smuts i kyl och smutsig disk i skåpen. När jag uppmärksammade hotellet på detta slutade de svara mig.

I liked the apartment because it is close to restaurants, supermarkets, easy walking. The apartment is fine just needed some stuff in the kitchen that they are missing. The mattress was sagging in the middle and I got a pain on my back for it. I sent a message about the wifi and never got an answer. The neighbors are too noisy it was difficult to fall asleep.

En lo general muy bien, el apartamento es un poco mas pequeño de lo que imaginaba pero tenia todo lo necesarios muy limpio y acojedor, la zona donde esta ubicado es muy buena y segura y el local en general estaba muy limpio y bien atendido, recuerda que estan rentando un apartamento en un complejo de apartamentos no es un hotel no se esperen de tener desayuno o cocina en el lugar, pero a pocos metros se pueden encontrar muchos restaurantes y lugares donde se puede comer o hacer sus compras a pocas cuadras en el supermercado metro, en general muy bien y probablemente regresare en un futuro

PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA POSSÍVEL!!

Péssima experiência desde o início! Havia reservado uma suíte Junior e quando cheguei fui informado que não havia mais disponibilidade e me colocaram em uma habitação inferior. O ar condicionado do quarto tinha um barulho terrível que não me deixou dormir a noite inteira. Pedi que alguem da manutençao fosse ver o problema e ficaram de resolver porém nunca apareceram no quarto! No dia seguinte fui reclamar dizendo que não tinha conseguido dormir e a recepcionista me responde assim: "Vc não dorme há uma noite, já eu não consigo dormir há uma semana"!! Sim, ela realmente me disse pra eu não reclamar de uma noite mal dormida porque ela não dormia há mais tempo que eu. Acho que depois desse comentário dela, eu não preciso escrever mais nada para ilustrar o quão péssimo é o descaso dessa gente com seus hóspedes. Simplesmente jamais se hospede aqui.

It was a great little place to stay. A minutes walk to may places. Museums, the beach, and great restaurants. Really liked having a kitchen to make breakfast before going out adventuring. Only complaint would be the appliances. Only the rice cooker and the blender were able to be plugged in. The teapot toaster and microwave needed an adapter to plug into the wall. Fortunately I had brought my adaptors since we were traveling.
