"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. "This hotel is run down. I have never stayed at a Delta hotel in such poor conditions. Water stains on the ceiling. Barely any hot water. Carpets stained on hallways. Washrooms outdated and run down.
It needs a complete renovation to be up to Delta standards"
