"Super nice hotel, beautifully decorated, very friendly and helpful staff, great location with tons of bars/restaurants close by and subway station only a few blocks away, great coffee shop and bar area in the lobby. Only complaint is their wine selection. There is a wine hr which is great and we got a free bottle for VIP status, but the red was soooo bad.. like not drinkable! If anything they should start buying the $6 Costco bottles and re-label them!"

"The Maritime is accessible to many shops, restaurants and places to see. Very convenient. But – – the lobby, although elegant, for some reason has chairs and couches that are extremely low to the ground. They’re uncomfortable to sit in – – or eat breakfast in – – and they’re difficult to get out of – – especially for those of us you are a bit older. The restaurant and bar off of the lobby were closed due to renovations. When they reopen, that will be a huge improvement."

"I tend to leave good reviews because I’m a positive person with low expectations. But this time…I’m serious. This place is EFFING amazing! I honestly hesitate to write this because I don’t want them to raise their rates. As someone who travels twice a month for work I really notice thoughtful touches. Like clear directions for the property in the room, coffee, fridge, counter space and a real usable closet. The square footage of a king room is bigger than an NYC 1 bedroom apt! And a rain shower?...
