"The Lubo is located in a very happening part of town. Charming squares, tons of restaurants and bars were footsteps away. The famous wooden bridge was a short walk and so was the promenade along the river. Lucerne main station is walkable, but be aware of the cobbled streets which make dragging trolley bags and strollers with small wheels difficult. Room was compact and fun with a queen size bed and two top bunks. Only complaint is that the AC was not very effective. We set it at 19 degrees C...
"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"Family owned hotel and restaurant was a nice touch. Located just outside of Luzern downtown and reachable by train which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Note the train only comes once an hour so plan accordingly.
