I like the location it was near highway and family. But it needs serious cleaning and renovation. My family and I were walking to elevator. We notice trash from the hallway trash can spilling over on the floor in the hallway. The carpet had spots in addition the dirty cushions on couch. No remote control for TV. When we inquired, the night clerk apologized. But wasn't able to help us. Thank goodness it was only for one night. I wouldn't recommend.

The property was under renovation and no one contacted me. It was closed and Expedia dropped the ball on finding me a new hotel to stay at. Always call your hotels first before arriving, I have certainly learned my lesson.

The property was showing an fully booked right after I made the reservation, and yet neither could I step into the building when I arrived at the location, nor did I see anyone through the windows while I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn next door.

Not fit for humans

This has to be the worst hotel i have ever visited. We walked into the lobby and the front desk petson had on a pair of jogging pants and a tie dye shirt. The sign at the desk, stated there were no working ice machines. There eas over flowing trash in the hallways, we went to three different rooms, none of the rooms had clean linen. The place smelled like weed and dogs. The beds actually looked like someone had taken a nap. The pillows did not even have pillow cases.We were so disappointed, we almost cried.
This is the pool that they advertise online
Why would any business owner allow guests to see this travesty?
This was the trash in the hallway of the 2nd room. The trash on the 4th floor was spilling out of the trash can

The front desk worker came to my door at 11:48 with a bit of aggressive enery when she assumed I had not checked out on time but in actuality I paid a fee to stay until 1. Then she called the room with the same negative energy because she misunderstood when I told her I had an extension and didn't give me time to explain what that meant. However, she changed her tone as I was checking out and was more pleasant. She should have apologized when she realized she was wrong but she did not. Additionally, there were some kids running in the hallway at 12 AM to 2 AM and loads of trash was in the hall until the morning. The elevator smelled of marijuana.

The facility really needs to be renovated! The lobby and surrounding areas were very depressing. In my room the carpet had a stinch smell to it. The ice machine was inoperable and there were no cups or toilet paper in the rooms. I very rarely have anything bad to say about a hotel, but this place needs to be shutdown or assumed under a new and more responsible management!

First off, the staff were very friendly! Property is very old and needs updating. Luckily the sheets were clean and the beds soft for the one night we were there. Only chose because of the price but probably wouldn’t book again

The Sheets were stained and there was ants really bad . When I got in the room there was still food in the refrigerator from the last person that stayed in the room. The lights in the bathroom and sink area did not work !

Nasty nasty Dirty place with cockroaches with ants they stole a watch from my husband the bathroom sink was blocked the carpet was dirty the pool was dirty and closed the ice machine did not work the corridors and the elevator were seen that they never knew it mopped or sweeping or picked up the garbage was the most nasty experience

When I arrived to my room, it was smelly, dirty, stains on the sofa and stain on the bed and the carpet was dirty. You have people walking around in the hotel kids running around like they live there and the staff at the front was very nasty. I would never go back to the hotel.

The guest service representative were great, but I was given a room that was not cleaned. It took to long to check in, I did the pre check in and still had to check with front desk. I was given a room with sheets that were stained. The room did not have a tv remote for the tv. Then I was given a remote that did not work. The key card did not work. No wash cloth or soap in the room.

Gross in every way

This place is gross. It stinks and is dirty. The pictures on Hotels App are very deceiving. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The first room smells like smoke. No phone in room and entrace light didnt work. We were changed to a second room with a defective shower rod, red carpet stain. Outside the room next to ac in hallway was a used condom with its wrapper. For breakfast there was no creamer, no teabags. Garbage needs to be covered to reduce flies in dining area.
