"As a family of four with one young child and an older one, when we arrived I was a bit shocked that the kids bed hadn’t been made up, given it was after 8pm and the hotel knew this, this was an issue - further more there was no bedding which meant I had to go to reception as the phone had a problem to attempt to resolve, the lady who helped was lovely, but shouldn’t have been put in this situation to start with. Ten minutes turned into 25 still no knock and kids now beyond tired.. when I did...

"Checking in was very easy, staff were very helpful and polite. Ideally situated for the airport."

"Check in and check out was very simple and easy. Restaurant and bar were great. Breakfast was offered for a long time span so convenient for early flights. It was a little hard to figure out where to go to catch the bus from the airport but we eventually figured out where to go."

"The hotel was modern, clean and had a lovely feel about it, helped by a friendly, warm welcome from the staff. My standard queen room was a good size and well-equipped. I used the gym and pool and was happy with that too. My room overlooked the train station, but despite that it was really quiet, and I appreciated how easy it was to get the train into central Cambridge. I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay again. "

"Very nice place, bedroom was spacious, , bed was very comfortable, bathrrom had a bath with a rain shower, complimentary toiletries. Tv, radio, ironing board, hairdryer, towels in room. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate , sparkling and still water. Plenty on the breakfast menu to choose from. Restaurant menu looks nice i didnt have a meal as was visiting family. Car parking available. Need to book in advance as it us a very popular place. Would of stopped 2 nights if there had been...

"Booked a room with kingsize bed but they all have disabled toilets. The room and bathroom was clean but walk in shower smelt from the drain. Not enough T bags and sugar for both of us in room and milk. Only half a toilet roll, we had to ask for more. The breakfast was ok but no fried eggs or mushrooms. The first morning was busy with a coach full of foreign tourist. We were woke up at 5am when they were going up and down corridors with no consideration for other residents and were rude at...

"Terrible stay. Dirty rooms, Breakfast is non-existent and all continental only. A lot of maintenance workers stay here, so you can imagine the standard. Depressing side of the road lodge. It is not a hotel really, more like a youth hostel!"

"The pub is friendly with good food and staff. The separate block which houses the bedrooms looks boring but the bedrooms inside are incredibly beautiful. I enjoyed underfloor heating in the bathroom and the lovely views of the countryside. "
