"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."

"This is my second stay at citizenM and this year was a major disappointment. I arrived late on Sunday and after checkin entered my room 449 to find it freezing cold at around 8-10 degrees celsius. "Overall really pleased with our stay. We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it.
Overall staff and hotel are excellent.
My only issue this time round is that I paid for our stay through Expedia early October when booking. On checkout last Friday 30th Sea Containers have then charged us full price again. I’ve spoken to 4 separate front desk staff to get this resolved as I’ve now had to pay this again off my credit card and on all 4 occasions no-one has resolved this or called me back...
