"Spent two great days at this B&B. It's off the main highways in a small village environment. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We had a warm welcome from the staff, who were helpful, friendly and made our stay relaxing. The room was large, clean and stocked with tea, coffee and water. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast bun was amazing, the bacon and sausage tasted great. We had an evening meal which was also prepared and cooked well. "Fabulous. Large rooms. Comfy clean beds with a variety of pillows. Friendly staff. Great Breakfast overlooking golf course and wildlife. Only gripe shower needed a freshen up and cobwebs on ceiling but far better than most 4* hotels. "

"I everything, from entering until leaving our stay was amazing. We hadn’t even left and we were looking at when we would be coming back. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was the noise coming from the spa which was directly below our room, we were not notified that at 7.30am a loud humming noise would be heard. When we do rebook we will be wanting a different room (room 16) apart from that it was great!"

"Hotel is well-situated for visits to other places in addition to Oxford (Woodstock, Wallingford, riverside pubs, etc.). Hotel facilities are very good (fitness room, restaurant, etc.).
