"Pros Lovely property in ideal location. Staff friendly, food was good, plenty of parking, good wifi speed, clean room. Cons Walls were really thin so could hear people snoring in next room and people when they were in the corridor. Bathroom had a musty smell"

"Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good."

"Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. Plenty of parking…just make sure you fill in your registration details at...

"What a gem! Cannot fault this b&b at all. We stayed in Room 5. We had such a comfortable stay - one of the best nights sleep in such a comfortable bed and room Great quiet location, handy to have parking too. Check in quick and easy. Great touches like fresh milk being available and pre-choosing options for a lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Shower was lovely and powerful. Such a great stay, an example of how b&bs should be. Absolutely would stay again and will recommend."

"Was allowed to park before check-in time. Arrived at about 1pm, and was told that my room was ready and can check-in straight away. The lady running the b+b was very friendly and helpful. Only a short walk to the beach and town centre A good price, would recommend"

"lovely hotel in a good location close to the main Betws Yr Coed where there is a good choice of restaurants, pubs and shops. only 7 mins drive from Pen Y Pass car park and approximately 12 mins to Snowdon railway"

"It's a nice place, the room was clean and nicely decorated, it is an old building so you hear everyone in your immediate vicinity, so it's advisable to bring ear plugs as they don't keep any at the front desk."
