"What a great stay! The hotel is stylish and imaginative, with wonderful little extras, like a glass of wine when you check in and a coffee when you check out. The staff are kind, the rooms have deliciously soft beds and great lighting, and the breakfast was superb restaurant-quality food. This is the best London hotel I've ever experienced. Also, the area is fantastic, full of interesting restaurants and shops, with fun little alleys to explore, yet right by Liverpool St Station. Brilliant!"

"Our favourite London apartment hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, well equipped rooms, clean and conveniently located. Our room was more expensive than usual due to time of year between Christmas and New Year. Unusually, the fridge wasn't as spotlessly clean on our arrival as we are used to here, and the dishwasher smelled unpleasant and had broken parts inside it. The decorative "pool" underneath the apartment windows looked unusually grubby, as if in need of maintenance "

"Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end. Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary. "We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. "

"Right next to Tower of London. Washer/ dryer in room. Staff was extremely accommodating! Serviced rooms early in morning. Pull out bed was comfortable enough for children. Queen bed was very firm (not a problem for us but may be for some). Across from train and lovely pub. Would stay again! "
