From the wonderful friendly and efficient Don, the the very helpful Ilya who extended our checkout time and booked us into a two hour session at their "hospitality suite" ( a first for me in my many years of travelling) to the charming Louise at reception who welcomed us on arrival, this is hospitality as it should be.
