"We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Astor Hyde Park. For a quick weekend trip, it was conveniently located and in a safe area. Pros: -Friendly, helpful staff. -AMAZING location in a safe area with convenient access to Hyde Park and the bus line. About 10 min walk to nearest metro. Very quiet neighborhood and hostel. -Comfortable bed. Cons: -Water temperature in our double bed en suite was inconsistent, changing from super hot to cold during the shower. -Since it was hot outside, we had our...

"Clean room with good location."

"Beside of the paid bar, there is a chill room offering free instant coffee, tea and iced water with the microwave and the kettle. The bed can use curtains to create a private environment with personal electric sockets and a lamp. But there are limited female toilets and show rooms. There are more mixed general toilets and shower rooms."

"Little bit noise came from outside"

"Wir hatten nachts ungefähr 17 grad Außentemperatur, in meinem 24er Zimmer waren gefühlt 30 grad. Aufgrunddessen wurde keine Bettdecke benötigt. Es steht ein Bodenventilator im Zimmer der recht laut ist. Nachts um 4 Uhr wurde er ausgeschaltet und kurz darauf wieder eingeschaltet, da hat man den großen Unterschied extremst gemerkt. Am Bett könnte man vielleicht noch eine Halterung anbringen um Sachen wie Handy oder andere kleine Gegenstände abzulegen, damit sie nicht im Bett stören oder gar raus...

"If I was rating the Devil’s armpit, this place would be 5/5. Sadly, I’m not. I’ve stayed in many places and this was the worst I have experienced. I booked weeks in advance through Expedia specifically for a twin room with a private bathroom due to medical needs. The description said “private bathroom”. Days before arrival, the hostel said I had actually booked a bunk-bed room with a shared bathroom. I was told the hostel had made an error, but none of their twin rooms have private bathrooms...
