Old world Town house luxury. Not your typical sterile, modern tower of glass and steel. Stay in a real old-world townhouse modernized and run extremely well. Area around hotel is super quiet while being near shopping and restaurants, buses and Underground.

Handy overnight for Cadogan Hall concert

Very nice hotel, conveniently located, good food and good staff. Bathroom a little small, but it didn't matter as we were just there for one night. Beds wonderful. Good for an overnighter if you're watching something at Cadogan Hall.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff made an effort to call us as soon as it was. We were then lucky enough to be upgraded to an enormous suite which had complimentary mini bar, huge queen size bed etc. The location was great for a central base in Chelsea and we also tried breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was was also highly rated. Staff were great - only a minor couple of hiccups where they accidentally double charged us for a room but this was quickly rectified. They went above and beyond to make this special birthday trip even more special. We will be back
