Flat OK, great location. Check in stressful due to poor VRBO communication
Property is fine. As advertised. Fun location. Very poor internet connection. Unfortunately VRBO hadn't informed property of my booking or provided me with contact info so check in was extremely stressful.

Not so bad, but..
My stay was actually not that bad, but unfortunately a few things made it not that perfect.
For beginning there was the wrong tel number in hotels.com, so that was a bit annoying until I had the correct number and the communication is via whatsapp, that could be added somewhere as info.
The toilet ring had two cracks, one was actually a hole, so it was very uncomfortable to sit on and I had to buy a tape to fix it in order not to hurt myself (sounds almost funny, but isn't). Of course I told them immediately at my arrival, but the toilet seat did not get replaced within the 5 days of my stay.
For the gas oven I had to buy matchsticks myself and and I wished for a general more tender care, like adding a lightbulb and a shade to the table lamp or having space in the drawers (all 4 drawers in the bedroom were full with towels, bedding and bathroom fittings) and so on.
Also the first photo displayed within hotels.com is really misleading, the flat is not in the nice brick building, but opposite, where the yellow door is (one of the last photos of the series).
Having said that, I liked the spacious feel of the kitchen-lounge, it was clean and I slept well. And the water did not smell of chlorine at all, really nice. So it is actually an almost good.
Good location, good size flat, but in poor repair. This place needs a renovation, especially in the bathroom. And the furniture is awful. I was worried the dining room chairs would collapse and the sofa bed is about the worst I've ever sat on. For the price though, I was satisfied, just would not choose it again.
