Not great! Shower didn’t work properly, washing machine didn’t work, cold tap feeds warm water, lots of building work in the building, stairwell etc, no hand towel, no bath mat.

The stay was terrible. Do. Not. Stay. Here. The place is a building site! You have to walk up many flights to get to the room (as the lift seems constantly broken), there are wires coming out of the walls and it was a mess so not a good start. In the room, the kitchen/lounge window had no covering on it so no way to shut out the light. We raised this as an issue, was told someone was on their way and an hour later they’d still not arrived. Also, the handle for the window was broken so we couldn’t lock it. Also, we had the only key for the apartment as apparently the previous occupant hadn’t left their key, so there was a huge security risk that someone we didn’t know had access. We were told the place was professionally cleaned but the window in the bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The sofa bed in the lounge was extremely uncomfortable and did not suit being of any use! For a place that has a booking of 3 people, there were also only 2 very pop quality pillows provided so I had to try and use one of the towels as a pillow which did not work. After trying to resolve all these issues, I’ve had nothing but excuses and being fobbed off to the point I am thinking of going legal as the whole experience has been unacceptable. One thing to mention that wasn’t the apartment’s fault is that there is a lot of noise as it’s on the busy Edgware Road. Nothing could be done about this but wanted to make potential guests aware.

The actual flat itself was in good condition, had a stove and fridge, couch, coffee table and tv. But WiFi didn’t work as the box didn’t even have a cable to connect it to power. I let them know the same day I arrived and they kept trying to message me telling me to “just plug it in” but there was cable to plug in. The walls are THIN. You will absolutely hear everything down on the Main Street from the bedroom. Ambulance passing every 10-15mins. People from the market and restaurants talking and yelling. The hall was under construction so it looked super questionable when we arrived but inside was decent. I was also told to message when I was 30mins out and when I arrived I still waited another half hour for the person to come with the keys. So that could’ve been a better first interaction. The messaging through Expedia was quick though and they answered quickly for most issues.

Misleading listing. The address on the listing is not the correct address. The building on the outside looks fine, but inside… a literal building site!!! The apartment looked ok on the surface, but on closer inspection, poorly finished. Plus sockets that lift away from the walls, windows that don’t close, a lethal cupboard in the bedroom, the bathroom (when using the shower) becomes a death trap - no extractor fan, no railings, no bath mat. Nothing like any other apartment I’ve stayed in before!

Not good at all

Det var inte lätt att hitta, fel adress. När vi väl kom dit fanns det ingen som mötte oss som de skulle gjort. Tog 2 samtal innan vi hittade rätt och sedan en massa innan de kom och öppnade upp för oss. Vi fick vänta utanför i lite mer än 1 timme. Det fanns inget internet som det står att det ska finnas. När jag skickade och frågade skulle de återkomma vilket de ej gjorde. Det var även väldigt högljutt. Stor trafikerad väg utanför och otäta fönster. Rekommenderas ej.

Great place

Had a great stay here. The sofa and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Very friendly concierge, and host. There are some maintenance issues, but nothing that was a big problem. Would stay again for sure

I was worried due to the small number of reviews for the property. However, it was clear that this was due to how new the place is: I could tell because there are some final touches to be done in the hallways and such. That said, the actual room was exactly as portrayed and was very clean. The team is right across the road which made them super responsive and accessible when contacted by phone. Proximity to Edgware road means prime location to excellent food and paddington station, but it gets slightly noisy with ambulances at night due to proximity to the hospital. If you do not mind that, this is an excellent choice.

Took 4 calls and 5 hours to have internet; two days with phone calls not getting through to host; lift was down for two days; tissue paper and kitchen towel ran out and couldn’t get the on phone for more; dryer did not work; hallway is a mess.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Due to heatwave a second fan was given within 30mins of request. Had issue with shower, they were very quick to respond after hours. Enjoyed stay at apartment.

Terrible, do not stay here

The pictures are not of the flat that i stayed in. There is mould on the ceiling and walls. It was freezing cold, a little damp. Surfaces were not clean. The cold water had been turned off to the property so i could not brush teeth, use the washing machine or flush the toilet. I walked out the next morning and stayed somewhere else for my second night. Still waiting for a refund at this point.

As we needed to book a last minute stay due to a change of flight we knew our options were limited however where we came across the photos of this unit on Expedia we were surprised. Well we now know why it was available. There is nowhere in the add that says the building is under construction and that there are live wires hanging from The walls . We found this extremely dangerous considering we had a toddler with us . When we walked into the apartment it was much smaller than the add stated, also there is no city view just a view of an alley and other homes . Now to the worst part , the cleanliness of the apartment was disgusting, commute the point we spent all day and night away from the unit and only came back late at night to sleep . The bathroom had old urine around the toilet, there was a dirty toilet bowl brush with brown residue on it . Food crumbs in the sink in the kitchen as well as hair from the last tenant in the bathroom and living room floors . The dishes in the kitchen were dirty and we couldn’t event use a fork due to the lack of cleanliness of the items. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.

The whole place is not as described, its part of a residential block of flats that had a very bad smell as soon as you go through the door, the whole place is filthy dirty, i didn't stay, had to book another hotel up the road.
