"This hotel is more like a Premiere Inn with iPads to check in, a snack bar and clean but sparse rooms. You also cannot control your own aircon and are expected to ask a staff member to come into the room to adjust it. The aircon fan is very loud too.Staff are pleasant. Location convenient."

"Séjour du 14/05/2026 au 17/05/2026. Nous avons été très déçus par notre expérience dans cet hôtel, qui ne correspond pas aux standards attendus au regard du prix et de la catégorie annoncée. Dès notre arrivée, les chambres attribuées (326 et 433) se sont révélées peu satisfaisantes : l’une était sombre, exiguë et sans vue agréable, l’autre légèrement mieux mais toujours sans équipements essentiels comme un réfrigérateur et surtout un coffre-fort. "We stayed here for a week in April and everything was exceptional. Friendly staff, our room was clean, comfortable and convenient, and the coffee cafe downstairs was super fun. We were a few minutes from London Bridge, and quick walk over the bridge to Borough Market. Very close to pubs, restaurants and transit. Loved that the area was quiet yet close rnough to wherever we needed to go."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry wash seemed to malfunction time wise but hopefully it was just a glitch. However just one washing machine and one dryer is very Insufficient for the whole hotel. You have to be lucky to go when it's empty. You also have to rely on the person who has laundry in the wash coming on time to remove it. A 4 star elegant well run hotel should have better and more convenient laundry facilities."
