Good location close to Metro station and again served by buses. Room is adequate, though small. Not particularly good if you have lots of luggage because of narrow stairs and limited floor space in room.

We reserved 2 rooms for one night, and was appropriate for the rate. Safe neighborhood, rooms were clean, no bugs. I would recommend to stay on a lower floor as no A/C, no screens on the windows, no elevator. We stayed on the 4th floor and was super hot so had to leave the windows open (mosquitos and birds). Water pressure in pipes was very loud on 4th floor, not on the 3rd floor where our second room was. Staff was very friendly. I would be ok to stay again, for one night only not longer.

Ended up booking into another hotel as the place was incredibly run down with a lock that I couldn’t trust as it took several attempts from the receptionist to manage to get it to lock on exiting the room (the barrel was rotating in the lock). The state of the room was also very run down.

The worst rooms in a hotel with no ventilation. Bathroom/Toilet doors cannot be locked from inside!!! Terrible cleaning. No cupboards to keep clothes!!! No lift which was fine but do recommend to have one. Overall terrible place to stay. Not recommended. Example of hole in bathroom door is submitted.

No lock on bedroom door, was promised it would be fixed but it wasn't. Bed base was completely broken with dirty washing supporting the mattress.... my back was so sore. I asked for the bed to be fixed or another room but the request was denied. I dont expect perfection but a working bed and door lock i do expect.

It was dire. First impression the room looked like a prison cell. The mattress was sunken and the springs could be felt all night. Shower door was broken Down in the basement laminate floor was peeling and worn. Have never stayed in such an awful room. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL

The room was disgusting and filthy. Matrress was old and springs stuck in back. No air in room. Door was fire door but not adjusted so heavy and dangerous. Could lose fingers. Left case there for £5 cash as needed to vacate room by 10.30am. They were left in reception area and when i collected was not acknowledged or checked who i was so could have been anyone taking it. Staff not interested. Too many issues to list here. Location was good though but stay somewhere else there!!!!!

I would not stay here. Too small and hot! Had to buy a fan for the room since the hotel didn’t provide one. One “make shift” bed was broken . The toilet seat was broken . The shower door handle was broken. I mentioned all this to the receptionist but he didn’t care. He said he will get someone to fix the issues. After three days…nothing got fixed. He even barred me from using the public restroom. This hotel is so terrible!! Truthfully it isn’t a hotel. It’s a small room in a building. Upon checking out I didn’t want to leave my new fan in the room so I gave it to the nice man who ran the market down the street. He was very happy.

It was a single room but I barely had space to move around in the room. The single room is somewhat abnormal to me.it does not worth the price tag. In addition, this room offered me a terrible single bed experience. I camped there for just two days and I woke up with bad back every single day. I do not recommend.

Great location, friendly staff. Much earlier check in time than most places. Comfy bed. Room I was in didn’t have a remote for the tv and the water In the shower only ran cold but both probably room specific issues.

We are surprised that Expedia listed this property on their website. The hotel's rooms are not safe—the walls near the bed and the radiator are full of mold, which can be harmful to breathe. The beds are very uncomfortable, the rooms are too small, and there is no air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, and no customer service. The bathrooms are in poor condition; water remains in the washbasin and standing shower. The washbasin is extremely small, measuring only 8 by 6 inches, like a child's toy. We have pictures to share as evidence. There is no space in the room or bathroom to store personal belongings. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone, even if they offered a free stay." Upon entering the room you can hear dripping water the mattress was wafer thin and concaved no tv within the room when someone used the shower in the floors above the water can be heard in the courtyard outside the window meaning it’s not properly connected to a waste pipe. The most uncomfortable night sleep so much so the 2 day visit I had planned I checked out after 1 night if you could give 0 stars I would

The beds were really comfortable. We did get given a key the whole time we were there. The guy on reception had to unlock our door everytime we came back. The walls had these stains on them as thiugh someone had been washing the walls and left halway through. The room smelt musty. Positives near station so easy to walk to. Area seemed safe and quiet.
