"Breakfast was just ok, the toast tasted like sour dough bread which i dislike and the most unpleasant thing was ALL the seating was on high tables and chairs, being just 5ft i struggled to climb on and off, i noticed other ladies having the same issues, it was most uncomfortable "

"Very enjoyable stay the staff were excellent friendly and very helpful. It was very clean complimentary drink when you check in which is a very first for me can’t fault it if you’re in the area you must visit this hotel. Thank you to all the staff."

"We had a brilliant stay here for a weekend away. The breakfast was lovely and there was a large selection of breakfast buffet items alongside a cooked breakfast.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was and added bonus to have water, milk and coffee avaliable in the room free of charge.
The hotel is in a good location for sightseeing and exploring london. Would 100% stay here again. "

"Great location for Hampton Court Palace and good to have free parking. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
Bar and restaurant is great with outdoor seating also available. Would definitely stay again."
