スタッフの方が優しく、こちらが拙い英語だったにもかかわらず辛抱強く対応していただき本当にありがとうございます！ イギリス滞在中はずっとこちらに滞在していました。地下鉄の駅やバス停が近くにあり、目の前には大きな商業施設があるのでとても便利な立地でした。 壁が薄いため隣の人のいびきや話し声が聞こえていました。夜は耳栓があったほうがいいかもしれません。 また部屋の扉も薄いので少し不安でしたが、フロント扉が常に施錠されているようなので、宿泊者以外は建物に入れないようになっていました。 ドライヤー、テレビ、ハンドソープ、ケトルなど必要な備品も揃っており、タオルは毎日交換いただけたのでイギリスでお手頃価格の滞在場所を探している方にはおすすめです。 建物の気密性が高いためか、暖房をつけなくても薄着で過ごせました。その時の外気温は一桁台でした。 また機会がありましたらぜひ利用したいです！

3 arkadaş 5 gece christmas dönemi konakladık. Oda küçük, banyo kokuyordu, oda temizliği istendiğinde tek yapılan şey çöplerin çıkarılması oluyordu. Isıtma iyiydi. İki küçük havalandırma penceresi vardı odada. Konumu iyi, circle ve city metro hatlarına yürüyerek 5-6 dakikada gidişebiliyor. Otelin hemen önünde bir otobüs durağı var. Otele varışımız gece on iki sonrası olması nedeniyle check in yaparken 30 GBP ödedik.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel was the young man at the reception desk that was extremely helpful and nice otherwise there’s nothing good to say about this place. The housekeeping was a joke as they would only remove your used towels and replace it with clean ones. The room was extremely dirty, no toilet paper, no clean sheets and for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it at all. Had we known about the condition of this place we wouldn’t have booked it at all.

Charges a non-refundable booking fee of 35 GBP not mentioned anywhere, their own website blocks traffic from the EU. Staff were nice, offered to help us carry luggage all four flights of stairs and got us a portable radiator when the room temperature were very very low. Room temperature was very uneven, very cold for a couple of days (with the radiator at the highest setting), then too warm for a day, then just right for a day before it got way too cold again. Linens and towels very worn, holes and stains. Dirty room (floor was clean), dirty furniture, spots of black mold on several places in the shower. You could hear most of what happened in the other rooms. Great location, budget alternative but keep in mind of how budget you want to go. No bed bugs november 2025.

Excelente ubicación, fue muy fácil moverme del hotel a donde quisiera. Las calles nunca se sintieron inseguras aun de noche. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable y atento cuando llegue. Las instalaciones eran de esperarse por el precio. Mi única queja que es el baño huele muy mal y la almohada que me dieron estaba demasiado dura.

The room was in the roof space and was quite tatty. There was a loft space for private storage and the doors were broken. The bathroom was extremely tight.

The room was very small with few amenities. The bed was extremely hard. It felt like we were staying in a hostel. Was under the impression at the time of booking that breakfast was provided and was not. The key for the door was very difficult to use. The room was so hot we had to leave the windows open which let in the light and felt slightly unsafe and made sound travel. Could hear the shower running in the next room. It was a quick walk to the underground through an area that was slightly dodgy. We could get to any of the attractions in about 30 minutes. The upscale Westfield shopping centre was right across the street. The people at the front desk were kind and polite. It’s not a bad place to stay, just know what you’re getting!

The staff were friendly and welcoming when I arrived. I didn't see them again after that due to timings. The room was not as advertised. No separate seating area, not as large as stated on advert, a smaller TV (24 inch not 32). The bed was on wheels that had no way to lock them so every time I moved, the bed shifted. A plug directly next to the bed showed sign of burning or heat damage. The bathroom was reasonable and the shower was large, which was nice. However the extractor fan did not function and the movement sensor kept turning the lights off. The shower water was warm which was welcomed. A light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling and mold was growing on the window, likely because of no extractor. I doubt I will stay here ever again

Decent for access to tube and trains, shopping is great. No breakfast and a bit noisy for us. The Wi-Fi was not as good as I'd like. I'm a stickler for good wi-fi.

Scelto perché più economico visto che non é esattamente centrale ma ben collegato, ha almeno tre stazioni di metropolitana a pochi passi, compresa la central Line che ti porta direttamente in centro senza cambiare e che é anche notturna. Di fronte ha inoltre il centro commerciale più grande d’Europa e lo é davvero! Bagno in camera, che per noi era fondamentale, camere piccole ma pulite. Staff super gentile. Ritornerei

Won't be booking again!!!

It is so close to Westfield ....... is probably the most positive thing i can say about the place !!! Checking in was a breeze and i get that you need to see ID but not sure that GDPR states that you are allowed to take a picture of it on your phone ? i am just waiting for the email to say i have been cloned somewhere ? room was on the lower ground floor with two tiny windows that were open when I got there , I am guessing to try and get rid of the horrible smell that lingered in the room . the two single beds looked like they had been taken from the local hostel and probably the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever tried to get to sleep on which I might add I didn't get too much of with the constant noises all night The toilet smelt worse than the main room and the annoying auto on/off light came on when you got anywhere near the door was a nightmare .The frosted glass on the window didn't make up for having no blinds and luckily there was nobody walking past as I was in there. the black mould on the ceiling didn't give off great vibes either after trying to get some sleep I gave up and left earlier than I needed to the next morning i am sorry I couldn't be more positive about this place but unfortunately I think that it needs a major overhaul to meet any sort of standard

Great Location and Price

My son and I stayed for one night to attend a football match at QPR. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs, and the price was excellent. We would definitely stay again.
