"Great location, absolutely no external noise, wish they had done the same insulation inside, could hear everything going on the hallway but luckily it was quiet at night, mostly families in our floor. Bed was hard, pillows and bedding a bit cheap, definitely prefer premier in bed/bedding but have had worse beds so not a deal breaker. Room could do with a lick of paint. But the most disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast, really did not like, again Premier Inn breakfast is miles away. Would stay again but would not buy breakfast and get breakfast somewhere else"

"Lovely stay at the Cumberland. Perfect location for us . The Hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff so very helpful and friendly. I loved the decor. Our room was so modern , we were upgraded to a deluxe room as it was our Anniversary and it was superb. The bed was huge and so so comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Great value for money."

"Everything was amazing.. Location,staff, management were absolutely fantastic. There is a just small thing maybe they can consider to have look or fix it. We couldn’t change the heat and it was cold and wasn’t comfortable. Other than this, this place is definitely recommended."
