"Amazing hotel! The staff were fantastic—
so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel and rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with excellent service in the morning. The location is perfect too. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone for making our visit so enjoyable!

"The Franklin is a small luxury boutique hotel set on a charming street steps away from shopping, museums and great restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised and would absolutely return. The check in was the most pleasant and personal check in I have experienced at a any hotel. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Such a gem!!! Thank you The Franklin Hotel London ❤️"
