The apartment was really nice but the people who run it are so hard to get in touch with. I kept having to have Expedia get in touch with them. Also, their "rental agreement" that we have to sign outside of the Expedia app is so sus. They indicate a £350 deposit on the Expedia site and then list it as £500 with a £104 rental fee. They say they will keep your deposit at will, not sure if we are getting it back. They also charge for towels - £12!!!! And if you decline they still put the towels in the apartment. They also charge you for cleaning or you do it yourself - but give no instructions or cleaning supplies. We were so frustrated and couldn't even shower in the morning! We asked for clarification on all of this, but no one would get back to us. The WiFi was also pretty awful, none of the 3 WiFi logins worked, until we finally got one to work after manually typing it in (instead of copy and paste). This would have been a great stay of the owners hadn't had such ridiculous house rules and if we could get in touch with them. Up until the time we finally got our instructions to check in - a half an hour late, I truly thought we had been scammed. We even did a video of the place in case they try to keep our deposit. I'd avoid this company, they ruined an entire afternoon in London because I was trying to work out the details with Expedia
