The room was clean and comfortable and the views on the Tower Bridge were amazing. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Royal National Hotel
The staff was really nice and helpfull, it's a big and busy hotel, elevators are quit small, so sometimes it's hard to get to the room. Breakfast was ok, enough choice, but not really delicious, good neighborhood, easy to get around.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, there was a contact lens in the bathroom sink and bed sheets were not fitted so we had to remake the bed.
