my single room was comfortable , clean and a trifle small. The staff were helpful and efficient. Was very satisfied by the standard overall. it was unfortunate that one of the main lifts was not working so reaching the higher floors could be slow.

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
The biggest issue we had was the cost of the room and the actual worth of said room. We had room 1414, was supposed to be panoramic views of the city.
