"The price is aligned with what you get. It's just okay IMO. The coffee pot stopped working the 2nd day (woke up at 6am) and the office hours are 8-10 so for a coffee drinker that is pretty frustrating. Also, if you're anyone with a toiletry bag, there is no where to put it in the bathroom (no counter space for your hair tools or a bag). Speaking of hair tools, BYO hairdryer- the one they provide is awful, the handle gets so hot I had to stop half way through drying my hair to let it cool...

"Check-in was a nightmare! The place is very funky, not dirty, but not as expected. The room is small but nice parking is bad. We left for dinner and there was no where to park, so we parked in front of the ending machine. It’s such a small area, there should be assigned parking for each room!"

"We stayed here for a couple nights after a drive to Big Sur and the 17 mile drive. We loved the hot tub and fireplace! Room was large and decor was pretty and enjoyed the big comfy bed! Could have used a microwave but the fridge was good size. The walk to shopping, restaurant, and the beach was easy. We would recommend this property snd would stay here again. "

"Parking is less than desired, but the location in town makes up for it all the walkable shops and dining options are fairly easy to get to. Bring some walking shoes and enjoy the dog friendly city !"

"Room is nor clean, The towels and bed sheets were not properly cleaned — there were visible stains and hair found on the towels. Housekeeping standards need significant improvement. Front desk guy is really nice to talk. The bed sheets were too thin"

"The room smelled like cleaning products. Windows don’t open. Very hot at night. No air conditioning ( and window don’t open). Breakfast delivered to room but very limited. All cold carbs except small warmed quiche. All this would be fine if it was half the price."

"Clean room. Very good location. We got a wheelchair accesible room and the bathroom was great. Large shower with 2 shower heads (one hand held) and an integrated chair. The room not as big but comfortable. Cheaper option than staying at Carmel by the sea."
