"This was a fantastic place to stay for us on our trip to Carmel-by-the-Sea! The hotel was right in the middle of town and made walking around the area really easy. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. Staff was super friendly. The best part of our stay was the fantastic breakfast variety and oven fired pizza that was included daily! This is definitely where we’ll be staying on our future trips to Carmel or Monterey :)"

"We dearly enjoyed our stay here! My husband and I (and our 6 month old son) stayed here on our anniversary trip for 3 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable as well as charming and unique! Would definitely recommend, especially to anyone would love old fashioned, charming, storybook feel (like me!). It is located downtown and in convenient walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach! We didn't bring or rent a car and it was perfect for us. They held our luggage for us too...

"Cute from the outside and pretty clean but the rooms and the beds, were very small. The walls were paper thin and the AC noisy. The pillows were uncomfortable and overall none of us got a good nights sleep. We spent 8 nights on a CA roadtrip and unfortunately this hotel was the one we couldn’t wait to leave."

It’s a beautiful room that’s cozy, filled with Diptyque products to unwind to in the shower, Marvis toothpaste samples, and even a little Nespresso machine with both tea and coffee options. "It was a very quaint and charming location with individual cabin styled rooms. The check-in time is a bit restrictive since there is NO late check-in accommodation. Also, while it was not busy while we were there, it's almost more like a campground setup with outdoor tables and chair seating and BBQ or fire pit style setting which would be fine if you were looking for this atmosphere, but I don't remember this description on the website, and seeing as our "cabin" was shared with a larger...

"Room was great, clean Very basic. Very small refrigerator and microwave Just 1 hanger on short rod. No extras but did the job. Bed was nice but a bit too soft for me. Hot water took awhile but once it warmed up it was hot. Coffee available only in office but a nice machine with options. Great location."
