"The room was clean. The house was really nice. Breakfast a nice change from other hotels the only problem that the room was pretty small nowhere to put a suitcase or toiletries but for one night, it was fine"

"I chose this place as my partner and I wanted peace and quiet away from the main areas of Monterey, and it was absolutely perfect! Enormous and very clean room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom and area with microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The balcony was very nice to have as well. We could only stay one night but this is definitely on our agenda for a longer stay next time."

"Ideal location along Cannery Row. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. Staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. We dined twice at Schooners—once for lunch and once for dinner. The meals were delicious and plentiful. The outdoor setting was very comfortable. I recommend upgrading to a water view room.
