"Check-in was easy. Parked at our door. The room was clean, new, updated, temp was easy to adjust, bed was very comfortable, quiet and very reasonably priced. Is there anything else. This is an updated motor lodge with the ease of unloading luggage literally feet from our room. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Location is pretty good but is definitely a climb coming back from fisherman’s wharf and cannery row. Rooms need updating; for example, our bathroom window was broken and taped closed. Breakfast was good and a generous amount of food. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Idea for customer service improvement - omit the early check in fee; if there is room availability and it won’t affect your business financially, letting your guests check in early is tremendously helpful and a huge relief after...

"Staff that was there at the time was very nice and helpful. The rooms are subpar. Beds and pillows definitely need updating. Was noisy throughout the night from the traffic. They charge for parking which I feel is ridiculous if you're staying at the hotel. Im usually not that picky, but we won't be going back."

"Stayed here for Big Sur marathon. Staff was excellent, very responsive to questions, lots of info when we checked in, and answered the phone at 3:30 am when we had a room key issue after dropping of the runner at the bus pick up. Super grateful for their help. The room was not super clean, had a wet bathroom floor and some dusty and grime. Toilet and faucets a little old. But everything worked well, temperature was good, very good quality for the price. "

"Maintenance needs to be done on balconies and some bathrooms. There is wood rot on patios and in our bathroom. The toilets were damn near on the floor. I suggest updating."
