"The Sea Cliff hotel is situated in a nice spot in Portmore. The scenery was stunning; however, what let the hotel/resort down was that the room had only cold water, and all three rooms I booked had cold water. The restaurant was pricy and the food wasn’t great. The pool wasn’t cleaned covered in dead leaves etc. The receptionist was accommodating allow a fridge to be placed in one room, allowing us to keep our drinks cool. "Check in was non-traditional which was a welcome change from going to a hotel reception desk. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, however limited amenities so do travel with your own. Great location and overall cozy atmosphere. Will visit again!"

"Great Huts is now my favorite place to stay in my favorite parish, Portland. It was the most unique experience. A lot of thought placed in blending the manmade with the natural. Views from the cliffs are a feast for the eyes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Special recognition to Chef Sammy!"

"The beach at French Man Cove us beautiful, and can visited by purchasing a pass for the day. I'd highly recommend this rather than staying at the hotel. The hotel is old, dilapidated in places and very dark at night. The kettle in the room produced very dirty water on first use, so was not used again. The AC unit outside is noisy, and leaks water onto the balcony. There is wooden block stick provided to secure the balcony door, as I assume locks don't work. The beds within the rooms are...

"The view from the property overlooking the sea was beautiful and phenomenal. The room space was sufficient and clean. What I didn’t like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you don’t know how to handle the drive, it’s problematic.
