"The first day was terrible there was no towels so i couldn’t shower after a long day of travel. The bathroom was damaged and maintenance never came to fix it so after a few days it started to smell like mold. The cleaning team couldn’t remember to leave toilet tissue and they left my room door open after they changed the bedding. The air didn’t go off the last couple days so it was extremely cold and not comfortable. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience and I won’t be staying back there. "

"Great for solo travelers ! Very helpful with taxis and information about the area. Right on the beach, rights down the street from lots of shops and restaurants! Definitely would stay again. I did have an issue with my room door, the key was giving me issues and the door got stuck a few times but they had someone look at it to fix it and were very helpful with resolving the issue. Also the hot tub on the balcony was out of service, if it was working and aside from the door, the stay would’ve...

"This place isn't for everyone. It's a little oasis of comfort and quiet, for animal lovers and for those seeking a non-pretentious beach front stay that will have everything you need. I only stayed for 2 days out of my trip, but I regret not staying the entire time. The location, in my opinion, is top notch, and even though you do hear planes during the day, they don't take away from any of the beauty of Simpson Bay and the comfortable atmosphere and relaxation provided by Mary's Boon. "Baker's suite never disappoints, From the moment we walked in, the front office staff greeted us with a smile, we immediately felt at home and comfortable. the room is simple but clean, everything you would want to make your stay comfortable, from a small kitchenette to clean and fresh linen. Our time at Bakers was well spent, and we highly recommend. One thing I would recommend is darker drapes for the late sleepers."

"Paul provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. He was neither welcoming nor pleasant during check-in, which made for a poor first impression. The room itself was spacious and mostly clean, but the tub had dried soap residue and clearly needs to be replaced because the paint was peeling. There was also a very strange smell in the room. On a positive note, Makeeba was absolutely welcoming and pleasant. She checked me out with a smile and made me feel appreciated and welcome."
