"This hotel is a must stay gem close to all the happenings in midtown, but on quieter, charming street! We received an upgrade to a king suite and it was absolutely phenomenal! Two bedrooms and a private balcony - completely unexpected and so special for a birthday trip! The staff is super friendly, entrance is private and intimate, with very friendly staff! Easy breakfast at the quaint restaurant next door. Would absolutely love to stay here again!! Thank you!"

The living room style set up has books, work centers and a really nice bar where you can enjoy a nice tall drink. I book a CitizenM as often as I can. "This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front...

"Great location in 51st and 7th ave….3 minute walk to Times Square and 10 minute walk to Central Park. Right in the Theater District as well. Kendrick at the main desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was very large for NY standards. It was a bit dated, but very comfortable. The only downside to the property was no in room coffee. It was our second stay there, and we would definitely go back. The doorman was also very helpful and pleasant....

"The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! Overall 5/5 and we will gladly stay here again on our next NYC trip."

"Such a nice boutique hotel. Close to the theatre district, a block from Time Square and nice restaurants near by. We did not have a car and walked everywhere. I used the hotel gym and it was a very well equipped place to exercise. I completely recommend this hotel."
