"This is our second stay at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is helpful and breakfast was good although expensive (most are) Location is the Best!"

"The property location was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We had some issues at check in with rooms not being ready but they were very nice about it and refunded some of our resort fees! Our air conditioning in the room didn’t work and we didnt realize we could have opened the window! No screens on them though. We were able to change rooms after the first night! The lobby, bar and all staff was nice and welcoming! The Parisien cafe located in the hotel is amazing! Food is delicious! Overall it was a good place to stay and i would book it again. Just dont unpack til you know your air works if you like a cold room to sleep in! "

The hotel staff where all very friendly, the property is clean and well maintained, and the location is great. The hotel is close to all the Theaters, transportation and many sites. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is in the perfect location! For that reason alone we would stay again. However there was only one working elevator for all 26 floors and that was horrible. It took so long to get up for down (we were on floor 16 so couldn’t even do the stairs). If that’s fixed, this is the perfect hotel for a NYC trip! Steps away from the subway, Central Park and Times Square! So many places like Starbucks, Premier Deli, Dunkin and endless gift shops around the property. We stayed with our kids and it was such a great area to be with them. "
