"Friendly and professional staff that kindly held our bags both pre- and post- check in and check out. This location couldn't be better for a few nights on Broadway. The apart-hotel was ideal for traveling with teens: perfect coffee set up, bedroom set up, toiletries, and spacious with great AC units in each room. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
