"Location was extremely good. Wouldn’t stay here longer than a night. But staff were very helpful and professional. Rooms were a bit worn and seen better days. However bed was very comfortable and had good aircon. Overall I would stay here again as it does the job and location for T3 is ideal but wouldn’t come back for luxury."

"We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information.
The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. "

"Rooms are small but very well appointed. Beds are comfortable and there is minimal street noise. The staff is amazing and our housekeeper was perfection. The outdoor patio was quiet and a great place to have a drink. Location is perfect to explore all of London and if you are coming from Heathrow it is a very easy tube ride and short walk to the hotel. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much."

"Well I expected this to be a great experience, I paid for a top room with a balcony and river views.
Even upgraded to kitchenette but the experience was really really terrible and to make matters worse the hotel just ignores you.
I have emailed and emailed with complaints to follow up on my complaint at the hotel but no one cares.
Perhaps this isn’t a hotel of UK people just international guests who will never visit again.
