"The best thing about this hotel is it's location. It is within walking distance of the Roman Baths and most touristy things. The front desk staff are not friendly nor helpful. The hotel does have an elevator which is great, they have AC in the rooms and there is a safe and refrigerator in the room. You have to park your car in an off site parking lot which can get expensive. Breakfast is included and it is very basic."

"We were very pleased with the hotel, clean, modern with spacious bedroom a very comfortable bed and great shower. The staff were very polite especially the gentleman who served us in the bar area. We also found it to be a great location for restaurants and bars plus ( go to the top of the street and turn right ) it was only a short walk to the shopping centre and the harbour too.
The slight negatives were
There wasn’t a hairdryer in the bedroom which was mentioned at reception, the receptionist...

"The room we had was spacious, clean well maintained everything you need for a relaxing stay . The room had iron and ironboard, fridge, glasses for drinks. Toiletries very good, shower easy to work . The Air-conditioning was brilliant. Breakfast was very good ,plenty of choice, but one day reduced staff on so service was poor and had to keep reminding staff what we wanted. But that was just once."

"We had a lovely stay at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is a beautiful historic building with so much character. I especially loved the history and atmosphere of the hotel.
We were kindly upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which was beautiful, spacious and very convenient. We absolutely loved our suite and really appreciated the upgrade.
