"The location was excellent, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Our room was quite unclean. We found dog or cat food on the carpet in the corner of the room, obviously the carpets were not vacuumed after the last guest. My husband has the worst allergies due to an animal being in the room before us. Very disappointing stay. Ensure you ask for a pet free room if you have allergies to animals. "

After I insisted on a solution, we were eventually placed in a single-bed room that was entirely inadequate for four adults. Furthermore, our requests for extra bedding were ignored, leaving us with the most uncomfortable and disappointing stay we have ever experienced"
