"The whole package was great.
WARNING: the restaurants at the hotel automatically tack on a FULL 18% gratuity. Since I was there on business, it is not good form for me to closely examine the bill in front of our client as it gives the appearance of over scrutiny when entertaining a VIP. Thus, I took a quick glance, saw the 9.75% under the word gratuity (that was actually the tax). So out of courtesy, I added on another 10%. In the end, gave multiple times a 28% tip (!) Fool me once shame...

"The proximity to the convention center was very convenient. The desk staff went above and beyond to assist with providing special treats for my birthday that my parent provided.
LA is a little dicey, especially at night, so it's good that it offers in house eating and entertainment. The room was on the small size but adequate since I didn't need a lot of space.
