"Great location right next to Ala Moana center (use second floor parking at the center to walk straight across the skybridge to the hotel) and walkable to Magic Island beach. Rooms weren’t spacious but they were clean with comfy beds. Onsite restaurants were solid and staff overall were awesome. Things get busy over the weekend, expect a crowded lobby and lots of stops on elevators."

"I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 "

"オーシャンフロントの部屋で予約しました。 クローゼットのドアを開ければお風呂からでも海が見えるという特別感がありました。 黙っていれば日に２回はハウスキーピングに来てくれるので、ゴミが溜まったり、水がなくなったりとかなく、常に良い状態をキープできました。水は本当にドンドン追加してくれるので、買う必要なかったです。 トイレがまぁまぁ排水管臭いのと、お風呂の水圧が低めなのが若干残念ですが、改装したとは言え、根っこは古い建物ですので致し方ないかなと思います。 お店によっては、あまり感じの良くない接客の方も若干数いましたが、おおよそ気持ちの良い応対で、誇りをもって対応してくださる品格を感じました。"

"The location was perfect - just one block from the beach with stunning views of the park, beach, skyline and sunsets. The property was super clean, and the newly renovated rooms are nicely laid out and have everything needed. The hotel location is just off the strip, so quieter and perhaps a little less busy. The staff was very friendly and worked to make our stay exceptional. Loved the extra water they brought every day and the evening turn-down service. Overall, I would highly recommend this...

"This place is beautiful, clean with an amazing panoramic view!! It felt like a second home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, appliances etc A beautiful rainbow appeared right in front of the balcony. Loved it!! I would stay here again. "

"The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. "

"Excellent room. Corner room was very good for work meetings while family slept in adjacent area. Nice kitchenette. Delicious food and drinks both with in room service and poolside. Only issues were cash-only tipping (couldn’t add to bill and pay with credit card), pool was a little crowded, and valet was a zoo during peak checkout times. "
