"The perfect little room for our NYC adventure! Room was clean and well furnished. The bathroom was large for NYC and the shower always had HOT water! Staff was friendly. Check in and out was so easy. And you can't beat the location. About a 5 min walk to the nearest station but you get to experience Radio City Music Hall and 30 Rock up close! HIGHLY recommend and will be staying here again! "

"Location was good for the areas we planned to visit and explore, Room had a Great Gatsby look and feel but some might call it outdated. The A/C wasn't turned on the 1st night. Had to sleep with the windows open and called the next morning to get it "fixed". Asked for a higher floor with a view when booking, as it was my wifes 1st time going to the city, and we got put in a 6th floor with dirty windows facing construction on 50th. Staff was pleasant but for the money there are better options you...

"Place was immaculate. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We were moving our kid out of a dorm so we had over 10 luggage pieces. The staff made it so easy handling all of it for us. Easily the best place we’ve stayed at in NYC.
One minor complaint, the room service menu offers an overnight menu. After a long day and evening, we’d planned to use this service, only to be told it’s been discontinued. The menu should be updated, we could have planned differently. "
