"Upon check in, no electricity/no power.I asked when will the power be back on, I was expecting some kind of backup generator to turn on the power, but the Hotel attendant said there is no expected time of when the power would return. I was not offered a refund or any accommodations and I was expected to just wait until the power comes back on. The hotel is not suitable for any one to stay under these conditions and its clear the hotel barely cares to help the customers. They just want money....

"The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely...

"The apartment itself was clean and well designed. Please note that the garbage bins are located on the side of the building and the smell permeates the entire terrace which made it impossible to use during out stay. The area is noisey and the walls are thin so you can hear everything. Also the wifi was not reliable not sure if its because we were sharing the same router with other guests in the other apartments. "

They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. "Preis Leistung sehr gut. Einziges Manko war, dass die Wände und vor allem die Fenster nicht schalldicht sind, wodurch man meinte, dass die LKWs in der Nacht neben einem direkt vorbeifahren. Personal top Sauberkeit iO. Es werden jeden Tag die Zimmer gereinigt + man bekommt neue Handtücheraber man könnte auch mal unter dem Bett reinigen, da hier noch Flaschen von den Vorgängern waren.
