The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with everything exactly where you need it. The bed? Genuinely restful. The kind of sleep that makes you forget you’re in a hotel. What really stood out, though, was the service. Friendly without being overbearing, attentive without being intrusive—just consistently professional and welcoming. It felt like they actually cared that your stay was a good one. Add in the value, and it becomes an easy decision. When you can get this level of comfort, cleanliness, and service at such a reasonable price, it honestly makes you question why anyone would pay double elsewhere. Short version: reliable, comfortable, and exceptional value. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—and likely won’t stay anywhere else in Guelph."

"Everything was great. Room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was fully stocked with real dishes/glassware and cutlery. Breakfast buffet was standard but certainly lots of choices. The lid of the steamer for the hash brown patties was left open (as per the sign) but that meant they were cold when I ate them. Also on our floor you could get snacks from a vending machine but had to go to a different floor for a drink vending machine. I never saw ice. "

"Front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. With the inn right off the busy highway it was still quite clean. I was surprised upon opening the door to my room! It was so spacious, clean and inviting I will stay here again and so should you The restaurant, Kim’s, is right on the property too. Go there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and you don’t leave still hungry."
