"Check in was good - checked in early and our room was ready. Toilet was a bit plugged on our arrival into the room but was fixed when we came back at night. Only complaint was the vacuuming in the hallway before 8 a.m. on Sunday morning! We had looked forward to sleeping in a bit after a long day previous, but that is certainly not a complain against eager and friendly staff - just personal preference. 8 a.m. vacuuming with an 11 a.m. checkout wasn't what we were expecting!"

"Lovely place and surroundings. For a luxury stay a bit lacking to justify price. For example, free breakfast mostly pastries and fruit whereas other places you’ll get full breakfast choices.. eggs, bacon.. etc. our room AC didn’t work, so a new a upgraded room was offered but went from king to queen bed, but bigger room. Huge soaker tub which wouldn’t keep water, plug didn’t work. Price for stay should be more like 250-300/night."
