"Room was very dated. Holes in blackout curtains letting light in. Bathroom again dated. Water very slow filling bath, soap out of reach when in bath. Bath towels very soft and big.
Tea tray in weird place in wardrobe.
Bed very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was lovley with lots of choice and full English cooked to order.
Had a nice overnight stay."

"Sadly nobody was around to check us in so we were waiting around in the lobby for a while trying to find a member of staff. When somebody finally arrived she was gruff and unwelcoming. The property and grounds are beautiful. The room was very pleasant and comfortable but unfortunately there was zero hot water so both my daughter and I had the joy of a freezing cold shower in the morning. "Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!"

"Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious..
The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well.
The breakfast was really good...

"Property on main road but still a very quiet location.
Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size.
Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick.
Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area."
