It feels like the bare minimum amount of staff are in place at any one time to reduce outgoings, there was no information about how to access the pool and gym facilities, either from staff or in room info (gents changing rooms closed when I was there which added to my uncertainty). Nothing was terrible, but nothing was particularly good either"

"We didn't use the Spa which I am sure is lovely, its an additional cost and we didn't have time. The lobby is also ok, its the rooms! The bed was comfy but the bath, shower attachment and shower curtain were from the 1970's as was the furniture in the room - minimal toiletries - 2 mini shampoo bottles! A spa hotel is the implication, but it certainly not that !"
