The breakfast could offer more variety, as the options felt limited. The room was quite small, which may be uncomfortable for longer stays. Additionally, the mattress was very thin, and the pillows were not as fluffy as expected, making it harder to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel is clean and well-managed with great staff, but there are some comfort aspects that could be enhanced."

"This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and station making it very central to any travel area within Tokyo. The hotel was clean, room was large enough for having 2 open suitcases and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My favorite things were that the room had a washer/dryer unit to use for free as well as ReFa hair products for the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"

"The hotel is close to the train station of the direction is right it takes only 7 minutes to walk (needs to walk through a small street to find the hotel) The staff was polite and helpful. A rather small hotel but neat and clean. Shopping plaza close by and lots of restaurants nearby the train station. Price was reasonable. Rooms are small but comfortable."
