"One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. "

Staff was okay, didn’t get my check in instructions until after my check in time which made me worried if I was confirmed or not. Beds were comfy and the privacy curtains are really appreciated"

"Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."

"Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! "

"Great location, 3 blocks from the beach, great restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice and air conditioning worked well. Shared kitchen needs a deep clean. Bugs visible during the day. Device on roof of our room was loud and starts up every hour or so kept waking us up at night."

"The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. "

"This hostel has a great location but wheat really ruined it for me was them changing the code to the entrance without informing me. I ended up being locked outside in the middle of the night for almost an hour, I was solo traveling so this did not feel safe. I was told by other travelers that they were also not informed and only a few people were notified. I had called the helpline and it took 6 different calls for them to finally pick up. The hostel itself was subpar, I stayed somewhere else...

"The pool area was fantastic, along with the beach access, and the view from our room was amazing. Great location as well!"

"Clean and well kept. Two areas for improvement - stock fridge with bottled water and a new shower head to allow for adjustment to spray pattern - water pressure is outstanding. "

"This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet."
