"This looked great from the outside and the view was magnificent. Unfortunately the stove was an old Coleman burner you had to light yourself, the toilet had a difficult time working, I had to open the back and manually pull the flapper up when I got there. The A/C was only in the bedroom. The bedroom was an open fishbowl with a great view and no curtains or any type of windows shade so I'm sure the view from outside looking in was entertaining. "The location and staff were amazing. Snorkeling was great with lots of fish and clear water . Considering the price however, i feel like a lot of the appliances and utilities could use some updating. We paid for the best room and the microwave and TV were broken. also a few of the washdowns out by the beach were also broken. the other appliances were old and need updating. Other than that the place was amazing. The staff was super helpful and nice"

"Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!"

"the hotel location from the beach and airport are wonderful. But there is NOTHING to eat. They have 1 vending machine with drinks only no restaurant and the pool is cloudy. No direct access to the beach but the views are amazing. I went during off season so It is probably better when not on off season. I might try again next year but i'm not sure."
