"If you’re American you don’t want to stay here. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job cleaning my room but I had these fast tiny ants or some kind of crawling bug infested in my room. There are zero amenities. Zero. No hair dryer, no fridge, no water bottle, no shampoo or conditioner, literally could have been camping. The double doors to the patio were wood and glass and chipped away where the door locks. I did feel safe on the property. They had pretty good security keeping anyone not a guest...

"Resort located right in front of the beach. Passes were provided to access it, AC rooms were nice and cold. Customer service could be better, noticed not a lot of patience from workers when asked questions. Bathrooms could use and update or maintained cleaner. Had a good stay and made most of it. Food was good, check in was at usual Jamaican time and etc."

The building hasn’t recovered from the hurricane damage.
It makes a good “kotch” but I wouldn’t call it a good place to stay.
The inside was clean and decent. But it’s not for those who desire to have a view of the hip strip."

"we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !,
so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as a great place so expectations were low anyway.
also balcony door didn't lock which being in Jamaica was a concern, especially as we were told to avoid one entrance due to safety concerns."

"They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room
-the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh.

"The stay was fine for what it was, considering it was a last minute booking and just needed a spot for two nights. I ended up cutting the stay short and cancelled the additional night as there were a lot of ants. On the floor, on the counter/ kitchen sink, including crawling on the bed, and I don’t just mean one or two. It was pretty bad. Also the pool was green and I wouldn’t consider it clean to swim in."
