"We so enjoyed our stay at Chillhouse. The rooms are lovely and taken care of. The pool is refreshing and clean. It is so useful to have the little shop at the front to buy any necessities. It is only about five minutes to walk to beach. It is a very busy road to walk on. Most importantly the family that own Chillhouse are so wonderful, accommodating, and friendly. They replied to WhatsApp texts quickly and answered all of my questions and provided advice when requested, and this was all before...

"We stayed at NYUH Gading Hill for 2 nights and wish our stay was longer. Our room was clean, had the required essentials, shower worked well (good water pressure and temperature). We did note some ants in the bathroom on the last day, but this was quite common amongst several places we stayed in Bali so didn't think too much of it. We were dissapointed to discover that the property did not have twin beds for our adult children but Lisa did her best to solve this for us when it was not her problem. "Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"A beautiful place with spectacular views over the water. Outstanding staff, so friendly. The rooms are gorgeous. The food is nice and the pool area is stunning. The only downside is that it’s difficult getting back and forth from the hotel to tge nearest village, you’re quite dependent on drivers. Don’t try to rent a scooter and make your way alone!"
